Swim in the community pools or unwind in the shared hot tub
Play a game of pickleball right on site
Paddle the bay in the property's kayaks (launch and racks on Coquina Key Drive)
Walk or bike to Lassing Park for gorgeous bay views — great for dogs too

Good to know
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM — please be mindful of neighbors
No smoking inside the condo or at the building entrance
No candles inside, for safety
No glass at the pools — bring plastic cups
Please drive slowly (15 mph) and watch for pedestrians on the property
Pets are welcome but must stay on a leash outside, off the furniture, and away from the pools
Please keep the patio gate closed and take care with the furniture and curtains
